Great Bay Motorcycles places customer service at the very top of our priority list. We are dedicated motorcycle enthusiasts, and our goal is that all of our customers are riding machines that we help them keep in top running condition. The service department at Great Bay is unique because we provide cutting edge service exclusively on the modern Hinckley Triumph and Ducati motorcycles. This specialization allows us to be true experts in our field.

We have a complete full service shop that includes everything required to properly service, enhance, modify, and upgrade motorcycles. We have polishing facilities, a large blast cabinet, grinders, mechanical press, motorcycle specific tire machine, Snap-On computerized tire balancer machine, and a huge assortment of both standard and custom tools.

As one of the premiere Triumph and Ducati dealerships in the country, we can assure customers that bikes setup and serviced regularly at Great Bay will be in absolutely the best possible running condition. We know that we put serious emphasis on the details of every new bike setup, and that this attention means the bikes that we deliver perform perfectly. The motorcycles that we sell are delivered setup correctly and they are clean. You won't find factory QC marks everywhere you look on our bikes because we take the time to clean them off.

After setup, customers can be confident that we fully complete every recommended service step at each specified interval, and our technicians pride themselves on the thoroughness of their approach to these procedures. If a customer does have a problem of any kind with his machine we place them on the top of our priority list, and get their machines into the next available bay. We willingly perform any Triumph warranty work, and accept and service customers who have purchased their machines at other dealerships (although we can't figure out why anyone would buy a Triumph or Ducati anywhere else.)

We learned quickly that Triumph fuel injected models are best set up using an exhaust gas analyzer. We always set these gas levels after any service involving a new tune, new muffler or exhaust, or any other performance work. Our customers know that fuel injected bikes serviced at Great Bay run well because we know how to work on them. In fact, our exhaust gas analysis procedure is now recommended by Triumph as standard on 2001 and earlier fuel injected models.
